If a photoshoot/photo session is done as TFP the model and the photographer may use the finished photos as they see fit. Watermarks may not be removed by anyone except the photographer and if the photos are published in any fashion photo credit must be given to both photographer and model.
The model is paid an agreed fee for their services. The model has no expectation of additional compensation and has no rights claimed or implied of work done. The photographer may release a certain number of photos to the model for their portfolio and very limited usage in a Non compensatory manner. A model may purchase photos from the photographer at an agreed price.
Work/services that the photographer is paid to perform. This work governed by the work agreement/contract provided to clients that outline and detail what services and deliverables.
Raw photos are pictures that have not be edited, retouched or otherwise modified. RAW Photos/Files are typically not made available to anyone outside of the photographer and their photography team. If Raw photos/files are requested they are at a cost of $10.00 each and cannot be used in any way except for academic and learning purposes (i.e. they cannot appear on social media, they cannot be used commercially, they cannot be printed or developed, they cannot be transferred from one editing device to another.) You do not own the rights to the Raw Photo/Files and your limited usage is not transferable ever.
